This encounte was celebrated in the beautiful Italian city of Carrara (the Tuscan region) during the Carrara Stone Fair in 2002. The purpose of this meeting was to bring together a diverse group of professionals and students bonded in the areas of architecture and construction. The intention: to develop a place to reflect on today´s architecture, womens´ roles and valuable contribution in the development of a future society with the aim to uncover new ways of concieving architectural projects that service and foster culture, beauty, equality and solidarity.
