“Daily
life, seen through women's
eyes, must become a political subject” ( 5th point of the European
Charter of Women and Cities) Under
the headline The
Inhabitable City, we proposed the creation of a space for thinking,
discussion and interchange of ideas and experiences over the real contribution
and share of women in the building of human habitat.
Sewing back time and space, weaving and thinking over them, to create a more inhabitable city, is a difficult task, though a beautiful challenge for those women and men who want to build a city that reveals diversity and promotes an equality culture.
